Let Saigon Corner cater your next event at home or the office. Our amazing team will bring an authentic taste of Saigon to you! Birthday parties, anniversary’s corporate events and office get togethers, we make sure everyone is well fed and always looked after. All catering orders must be collected from us in store.
BOOKING, CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT
Bookings are not confirmed until the Event agreement has been completed and signed, and the deposit received. Full payment of the deposit together with receipt of your event agreement is required to secure the booking. Any additional charges on the day of the event must be settled at the conclusion of the event. For all events, we require notification for the confirmed number of guests, menu and beverage selections as well as dietary requirements no later than seven days prior to the event. Once confirmed, this will be the minimum number catered and charged for. Any additional guests (subject to availability) will be charged accordingly. Payment may be made via eftpos, credit card or online bank transfer. Prices are inclusive of gst and are subject to change at the managements discretion.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Should we received a a request for cancellation more than 7 days prior to you reservation, we will convert the full prepaid deposit amount into a credit that can be used for future reservations within 12 months. Cancellation made within 7 days will forfeit any deposit prepayment made for the event. All cancellations must be made in writing to hi@saigoncorner.co.nz.
AVAILABILITY & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Please note menu and beverage items are subject to availability and change. Suitable replacements will be made for any items unavailable on the event day. Certain dietary requirements can be accommodated with notice.
